"James did a great job by diagnosing the issue with my 20 year old AC/heater, going over possible options regarding repair or replace, and ultimately replacing my old unit with a brand new one. Overall, I highly recommend hiring James for his professionalism, expertise, friendliness, and communication skills. James provided a free diagnosis and arrived within the timeframe we agreed upon. He came to the same conclusion as the other two companies I had inspect the unit, which was either to perform a complicated and difficult repair (not recommended) or to replace the entire thing (recommended). Out of the 3 companies that came out, James gave the quickest timeframe to come back out and replace the unit (within 5 days vs 2 weeks and not doing it at all). All 3 companies gave estimates for replacement in the same ballpark price wise so I decided to go with James. Throughout the entire process, he provided text updates (both automated and personal) notifying me when he’s scheduled to arrive, when he’s on his way to my house, and when the work is completed. Regarding the replacement, James arrived towards the back end of the initially agreed upon timeframe, and he updated me via text about when he would arrive, so there were no surprises or frustrations. His initial time estimate for the replacement was 4 hours, but it ended up taking around 10 hours. James and his installation assistant Nick were hard at work the entire time and had to deal with multiple issues regarding the previous installation of the old unit and its thermostat. In the end, everything is working perfectly, and he made sure to test each and every function of the new unit. The price estimate in the quote he gave me was still accurate despite the extra time spent to get the installation done, so I was very happy about that. I have a brand new, working AC/heater at a fair price in very short time thanks to James. I highly recommend him and his company."
