This Murrieta home needed a complete overhaul - both the upstairs and downstairs HVAC systems were worn out and struggling to keep up. When you've got two aging units working harder than they should just to maintain basic comfort, that's usually a sign it's time to stop patching things and start fresh.
We pulled both old condensing units and replaced them with a pair of new AC Pro units outside. Each one sits clean on its pad, properly connected, and ready to handle whatever the season throws at it. Two systems, two zones - the whole house covered from top to bottom.
Inside, we installed new AC Pro air handlers up in the attic for both zones. The ductwork connections, condensate drain lines, and refrigerant lines were all run clean and organized. When the work is tucked away in an attic, it's easy to cut corners. We don't. Everything is routed properly because that's what holds up long-term.
A dual-zone setup like this gives the homeowner independent control over the upstairs and downstairs temperatures. That matters a lot in a two-story home - the upper floor almost always runs warmer, and having separate systems means you're not forcing one unit to compensate for the other. It's more efficient, more comfortable, and a lot less stressful on the equipment.
If your system is aging or you're noticing it just can't keep up anymore, a full HVAC installation might make more sense than another repair bill. We handle full replacements like this regularly throughout the Murrieta area.
